Upon entry at ground level, the open-concept design integrates the kitchen, dining area, and living room, fostering a sense of connection and flow. Each public space has been carefully curated to reflect a balance of comfort and style, with high-quality finishes and selected furnishings that invite relaxation. The character of the kitchen is enhanced by plants, which add a touch of nature and warmth to the space. The adjoining dining and living areas provide an ideal setting for gathering, emphasizing convenience alongside elegance.
Descending to level -1 reveals the villa's private quarters, designed as a tranquil retreat. Here, the interior design impresses with a collection of spacious bedrooms that prioritize natural light and calm views. The master suite stands out as a highlight, featuring a luxurious ensuite bathroom that embodies sophistication and comfort. High-end materials and exquisite finishes create an oasis for relaxation. A dedicated laundry room on this level enhances the overall functionality.
The design strategy emphasizes a cohesive flow throughout the villa, with attention to spatial organization. Public and private areas are distinct yet interconnected, promoting both interaction and retreat. Thoughtfully designed horizontal and vertical access points encourage smooth navigation, enhancing the overall user experience.
Level -1’s unique placement on the property allows for captivating views of the expansive yard and welcoming pool, enhancing the living space into the outdoors. The interior landscape design complements the architectural elements, incorporating natural materials and colors that resonate with the surrounding flora. The integration of hard and soft surfaces creates an inviting atmosphere, encouraging residents to engage with the outdoor environment.
The works I developed for the interior design of this project encompass a comprehensive range of strategies, including architectural design, interior architecture, and spatial planning. The project involved a thorough analysis of spatial relationships and the design of the hierarchy of spaces to ensure a cohesive flow throughout the villa. Key considerations included identifying and defining space requirements, determining the proportion of each area, and analyzing the relationships between different spaces. Additionally, the design process involved defining soft and hard surface areas, selecting materials, and proposing a color scheme that aligns with the villa's modern elegance. Further, the thoughtful integration of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) was planned to enhance functionality while maintaining aesthetic appeal, alongside the preparation of a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to support the project's implementation.
